Leading project sales efforts through superior bid execution and leadership
Driving Harmon's sales by developing key client relationships, driving value by supporting their preconstruction activities through the sales lifecycle. Provide leadership and expertise while consulting on product selection, system design, project schedules, budgeting, and executing client proposal requests.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Your top priority is to lead the preconstruction sales in your market to support the National Director of Preconstruction and regional sales goals.
- Provide Executive level preconstruction management with in strong partnership with local Operations Management and the National Director of Preconstruction.
- Showcase high level critical thinking, analytical abilities and business acumen in this hands-on role to deliver sales at acceptable levels of profitability
- Drive, track and manage business development activities within your market region
- Manage the bid procurement process by ensuring clarity and alignment across all functional departments including finance, estimating, engineering,

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Sales and Marketing, Business or related degree from a college or a university
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in project management, engineering or sales with a curtain wall subcontractor or manufacturer; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Salary Range: $210,000/yr.-$220,000/yr
