Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Precision Technology Specialist to join our Sales Team in Ballarat and Colac. 

About the Role: 

As a Precision Technology Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling Brandt’s range of Precision Technology products. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Driving Sales: Promote and sell John Deere and third-party Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs. 
  • Customer Training & Support: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into every customer conversation. Supporting the Service Department to grow in the Precision space. 
  • Lead Demonstrations: Be the subject matter expert in delivering compelling product demonstrations. 
  • Accountability: Take ownership of key performance indicators in your designated territory. 
  • Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your area of responsibility (AOR). 

About You:  

We’re looking for a passionate, driven individual who can excel in a sales environment and lead by example. You should bring: 

  • Proven success in sales, with the ability to inspire and lead others. 
  • An understanding of the agricultural industry would be advantageous but not mandatory 
  • A track record of cultivating and maintaining long-term, profitable customer relationships. 
  • A keen awareness of financials, including asset and inventory management, pricing strategies, and budgeting. 
  • A growth mindset with a focus on increasing market share and creating new opportunities.
