Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Precision Technology Specialist to join our Corporate Sales Team to cover our Stratford, Masterton and Feilding branches.

About the role:

• Promote and sell Brandt’s range of universal Precision Technology products

• Responsible for customer setup, optimisation and training.

• Support sales and territory managers in ensuring technology is a part of every discussion.

• Be the subject matter expert on all demonstrations.

• Directly accountable for key KPIs in their territory.

• Be the key contact for all customers in your AOR.

About you:

Aside from obvious sales ability, you will also be a passionate people leader and advocate for continuous improvement, with a drive to succeed and see your team succeed.

• Success in a sales position.

• Aptitude and desire to lead others to achieve the same success.

• Strong knowledge of the industry and the wider agricultural sector.

• Proven success in creating and maintaining healthy, profitable customer relationships.

• Solid understanding of the financial realities of asset and inventory management, budget management and pricing strategy.

• You will also demonstrate a growth mindset and express tangible opportunities to increase market share.
