Job Summary
Be a part of a creator for flavors and fragrances to be used in consumer products and packaging types and responsible for weighing and preparing raw materials in accordance with the prescribed procedures and taking care of the cleanliness and neatness of the weighing equipment and work area.
How You Will Contribute
- Prepare the scales and weighing equipment properly before starting the weighing process.
- the scales and raw material weighing equipment before starting the weighing.
- Prepare and weigh raw materials according to the prescribed ILVT procedures and prepare raw materials according to the daily production plan.
- Inspect raw materials and raw material details on stock label and store raw materials correctly according to GMP principles.
- Check and maintain the cleanliness of scales, weighing equipment, and operational areas before and after production.
- Adhered and comply to standard operating procedures (SOP), SHEQ, 5S, HACCP, GMP, & Food Safety Policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What you will need to be successful
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-2 years-experience in food industrial would be an advantage
- Team player, ability to learn fast, open minded, pro-active
- Able to work Monday – Saturday and work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP & FSSC22000
- Knowledge of the operation of weighing scales
- Understand the weighting and preparing raw material and others related to the task
