Your Day-to-Day
Overview:
Facilitate high-quality, consistent response to RFx opportunities (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, RFRs) while also supporting transparency into focus of pre-sales and solutions team efforts real-time to ensure that appropriate support is provided to priority opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Project manage key RFx responses end-to-end
- Ensure key parties are assigned, committed and deliver on supporting responses to opportunities
- Efficiently utilize established content libraries and templates (80/20 approach) while confidently developing custom material alongside subject matter experts when opportunities require it
- Customize responses by leveraging internal SMEs and opportunity knowledge
- Ensure response details are aligned to client requests
- Format and prepare professional deliverables in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets following client specifications
- Assist with translating complex technical concepts into clear, client-focused language
- Coordinate and prepare for client presentations and demonstrations
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and earn support from various functions
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required)
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with document formatting and preparation in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
A Plus:
- Previous experience in tech consulting or professional services
- Knowledge of proposal management tools
- Experience with graphics design software
- Understanding of technology solutions and services
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
Expectation for Success: Steward the completion of defined RFx responses by ensuring appropriate action is taken by accountable parties in a timely manner. Minimize confusion, delay, late-delivery and poor results through proactive planning and communication. Anticipate hurdles to overcome, and develop expertise in our opportunity space. Demonstrate initiative in tracking progress against deadlines and ensuring quality deliverables, even when working under significant time constraints.
