About the Role: As a Presales Consultant in the Receivables market, you will support presales activities across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK and France. You will collaborate with Europe Receivables Sales Managers to drive business development with prospects and clients. Your in-depth product knowledge will be crucial in providing business and technical expertise, uncovering requirements, and identifying product gaps. You will develop and recommend optimal product solutions through engaging sales presentations and demonstrations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Qualifying and helping close sales opportunities.
- Maintaining credibility with best practices in Sales Enablement.
- Ensuring successful service demonstrations and use-case walkthroughs.
- Addressing technical and business presales issues.
- Translating client requirements into FIS solutions.
- Supporting project managers with solution planning and cost estimations.
- Assisting in regional business development campaigns.
- Proactively sharing best practices and knowledge.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in English and French.
- 10+ years of experience in presales/solution definition roles.
- Expertise in sales processes, complex sales management, and SaaS sales.
- Experience with Order to Cash processes.
- Consulting experience with strong business discussion skills.
- A passion for delivering results and high accountability.
- Innovative thinking, self-starting attitude, and fast learning ability.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and negotiation.
