The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Technical Lead to join our dynamic Client Operations team. Working within the Operations Practice and reporting into the Head of Client Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our global organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, process optimization skills, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operational Excellence Framework Development & Implementation:
    • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to refine, develop, and implement operational excellence frameworks, including documentation, toolkits, and best practices.
    • Drive the adoption of these frameworks across the global organization to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Workflow Optimization & Process Improvement (Essential)
    • Identify and analyze existing workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement standardized procedures and documentation for key operational processes.
  • Resource Management (Essential)
    • Develop and implement strategies for optimal allocation of resources, including licenses and access rights.
    • Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising operational effectiveness.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing (Essential)
    • Coordinate and deliver training programs on operational excellence frameworks, best practices, and tools.
    • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Client Operations team and across the organization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting (Highly Desirable)
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct Operational Data Reviews, gathering and analyzing financial data monthly to inform strategic decisions related to process efficiency and profitability.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Client Onboarding Coordination (Could be a learned skill set)
    • Support the client onboarding process by ensuring seamless integration of new clients into existing operational workflows.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support client onboarding and ongoing operational support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Essential:
    • Strong organizational skills: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Process-oriented mindset: A passion for creating efficient and effective workflows.
    • Data-driven decision maker: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
    • Excellent communicator: Able to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborative team player: Works effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
    • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational frameworks, documentation, and toolkits.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience working in a global organization.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry best practices and standards.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Experience in training coordination and delivery.
