We are looking for our first hire to do everything ad-related: from analysing competitor activities to developing and testing acquisitions for paid channels. Testing ad copies or creatives and levelling up our conversion rates. 

If you want to:

  • Manage Incogni’s paid search (Google Ads) and other paid media channels (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads and others);
  • Analyse competitor activities to continuously assess and refine our tactics;
  • Develop and test acquisition strategies across multiple paid channels (YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads etc.);
  • Drive A/B testing activities for ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates;
  • Perform data analysis aligned with business goals to identify growth and optimization opportunities;
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns across all channels;
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, incorporating them into Incogni’s campaigns;
  • Craft the strategy and lead the early efforts of paid acquisition, develop and test acquisition strategies across multiple paid channels (YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads etc.).

And you can check off:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in managing acquisition campaigns across paid search (Google Ads) with minimum 1+ year of experience in paid media channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data;
  • Experience working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns across diverse paid channels;
  • Excellent time management skills to effectively oversee campaigns across multiple platforms;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments;
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
