About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable and technically strong Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is critical to the way we operate - designing, building, and maintaining the dashboards and reporting infrastructure that inform decision-making across the business.
This is a hands-on role that will report directly to the VP of Operational Strategy, with clear potential to grow into a team leadership position over time.
What You’ll DoDashboard Development & Maintenance:
- Design and build intuitive, high-impact Power BI dashboards for multiple business functions
- Translate business requirements into functional reports and visualizations
- Manage and optimize DAX calculations, measures, and calculated columns
- Maintain existing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
Data Modeling & Integration:
- Work closely with data engineers and stakeholders to integrate Power BI with enterprise data warehouses
- Build and maintain efficient data models that support cross-functional reporting
- Clean, transform, and prepare data using Power Query (M language)
- Collaborate with data engineering to align reporting layer with data architecture
Performance Optimization & Governance:
- Apply best practices in dashboard design, logic, and refresh management
- Take ownership of platform stability, access, documentation, and process
- Over time, contribute to building and mentoring a BI team as the business scales
- Ensure accuracy, security, and reliability of data across reports
