Job Summary:

Ensures the smooth operation of the Solutions Portfolio and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Involves high-level project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to streamline processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing special projects, and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Drive progress on key initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor and provide updates to leadership team.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans to build support for change initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee and manage high-priority projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the portfolio.
  • Ensure stakeholder concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Adapts to changing priorities and business needs by willingly taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Must work the hours and location as assigned by management.
  • Demonstrates commitment to upholding company standards and values by consistently following all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, environments, and priorities, while maintaining focus on overarching objectives.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Skilled in developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accommodate work responsibilities and meet business deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively speak, write, and understand the English language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with leadership staff, cross functional teams, and external sources.
  • Proficiency in the use computers and computer systems to navigate databases, enter data, and process information.
  • Ability to understand software products, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
     

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Project Management Certification a plus.
