We are looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive Portfolio Manager (BUIDL Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring key activities on DoraHacks.io, identifying high-potential BUIDLs (projects), and providing actionable recommendations to decision-makers. You will also support the development and optimization of BUIDL review and follow-up standards, ensuring efficient team collaboration. Additionally, you will oversee progress tracking for grantees and organize regular meetings to report key updates to decision-makers.

This is a critical position for ensuring high-quality project selection, consistent follow-up, and facilitating the success of the DoraHacks ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • BUIDL Screening and Recommendation: Track important activities on DoraHacks.io and identify high-potential BUIDLs (projects).Analyze submissions and prepare detailed recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Grantee Progress Tracking: Regularly follow up on the progress of grantee projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Proactively identify challenges grantees face and propose solutions or support mechanisms.
  • Establish and Optimize BUIDL Review Standards: Assist in designing and refining BUIDL review standards and workflows to improve the accuracy of project selection.Ensure consistency and transparency throughout the review process while enhancing team collaboration.
  • Establish and Optimize BUIDL Follow-Up Standards: Develop clear follow-up protocols to monitor grantee progress efficiently and effectively.Streamline communication channels to ensure timely updates across teams.
  • Organize Regular Reporting Meetings: Schedule and coordinate regular meetings with decision-makers to report progress, insights, and recommendations.Prepare detailed, concise, and actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Adherence to Guidelines: Strictly follow established BUIDL review and follow-up guidelines, ensuring high standards in project evaluation and management.
  • Technical Understanding and Learning Ability: Have a foundational understanding or interest in Web3, quantum computing, and space technology.Demonstrate strong learning ability to quickly acquire knowledge about these fields.
  • Organizational and Collaborative Skills: Effectively organize and lead meetings, delivering clear and actionable reports.Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow.
  • Execution and Responsibility: Exhibit strong execution skills with a focus on timely and accurate completion of tasks.Maintain a high level of responsibility and accountability in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in management, technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or a related role (experience with open-source projects is a plus).
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver concise updates and reports.Interest in exploring and understanding cutting-edge technologies and industry trends.
