Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented P&O Controller Working Student to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will primarily support payroll tasks and contribute to various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data and salary information.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Utilize SAP software for payroll and HR-related tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
- Provide support in other HR functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance).
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP software is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in both German and English.
