Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Specialist to join our dynamic partner excellence team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful execution of projects across the partner and channel (P&C) organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are structured, defined, delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Project Planning & Support:
  • Assist the P&C Org in the development and maintenance of all projects.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure proper archiving.
• Process Improvement:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement in project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Assist in the identification and management of project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
• Administrative Support:
  • Coordinate project meetings and workshops.
  • Prepare and submit project-related reports and documentation.
• Tools & Technology:
  • Proficient in the use of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Experience with other relevant tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with specific project management software in JIRA and Asana.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
