At the heart of our ambitious IFS implementation programme lies the key role of the IFS Programme Management Office Manager (IFS PMO Manager). Your role
-
You are responsible for managing timelines, priorities and providing interactions between implementation teams;

You solve issues and prepare decisions to be made by the Programme Director;

You provide ongoing monitoring, analysis and delivery of roll out projects and other deliveries according to scope, schedule and cost to maximize the use of resources;

You facilitate the implementation teams by provisioning tools and templates and ensure compliance to the standard Fugro IFS roll-out approach;

You coach the other PMO team members and implementation leads in their roles;
-
You proactively monitor roll-out projects on scope, budget and timelines agreed. You also monitor and check invoices of external consultants for approval.
Your track record
-
You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field;
-
You have at least 5 years of experience in ERP implementations and managing staff;
-
You have a PMP or similar project management related certification;
-
You are highly organized and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-
You have excellent oral and written presentation skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels;
-
You have effective communication skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organization;
-
You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
