We're looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the Project Management Office (PMO), driving critical projects and ensuring operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Site-Wide Project Management Office (PMO): Oversee critical projects, drive process standardization, and ensure operational readiness and profitability of the site.
- Operational Readiness Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans for site capabilities and new product introductions, ensuring seamless integration into operations. Accountable for the timely execution of the plan
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct and align cross-functional teams to manage complex projects, ensuring synchronization between site leadership, department heads, and organizational capabilities.
- Performance Monitoring & KPI Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, delivery, and financial performance across site operations to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic Project Execution: Guide and lead high-complexity project plans, ensuring proper resource allocation, capital expenditure planning, and execution.
- Visits, Audit & Compliance Management: Manage corporate and external non-GMP audits, and stakeholder visits, ensuring adherence to regulatory, quality, and business requirements.
- Program & Project Ownership: Take full ownership of site programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery and realization of business benefits.
- Business Case Development & Value Tracking: Lead the preparation of project business cases, monitor KPIs, and track value realization to support informed decision-making.
- Strategic Partnership & Organizational Growth: Collaborate with business domain leaders and technology peers to shape a high-performing organization that continuously delivers value.
- Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a change agent, fostering collaboration between business and technology domains to ensure seamless program and project execution.
- Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze business, product, and solution KPIs against business objectives, technological capabilities, and quality standards to drive ongoing enhancements.
What you will bring to the role:
- University degree in business, computer science, information technology, science, manufacturing or other relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in industry, healthcare or pharma manufacturing.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of the local language is not mandatory.

We offer temporary contract with the possibility of extension for an indefinite period with a probationary period of 6 months.
