The PMO Coordinator (m/f/d) will provide essential support to the SAP Program, called North Star, focusing on deployment and data. This role ensures the smooth coordination of project activities, governance, and reporting while assisting in managing risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement related to change management and testing phases.
You can perform the role remotely, with frequent travels to the German sites in Neuburg a.d. Kammel and Bellheim, later also internationally.
Your tasks
PMO Coordination & Governance:

Provide administrative and operational support to the PMO, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

Assist in tracking project actions in planner, ensuring project activities are being followed through as well as schedulling

Coordinate project reporting and ensure consistency in project documentation.

Maintain project management tools and databases to ensure data accuracy and availability as well as deliver project status reports
Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for project teams, ensuring alignment with PMO best practices.

Work closely with project managers and business leads to support project planning and execution.

Facilitate coordination between technical teams and business users during deployment phases.
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field
-
Solid experience in project coordination, PMO, or related roles.

First experience in ERP projects, data and or deployment experience preferred, especially for SAP 4 Hana
-
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) or change management (PROSCI) is a plus.

You have fluent communication skills in English, German or other European languages are a plus

High degree international travel is required (25%)
