About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requests, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Request Analysis: Evaluate incoming project requests to determine feasibility, scope, and alignment with business goals.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing projects by coordinating tasks among various teams, including developers, designers, and database specialists.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and implement best practices.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within IT
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess project requirements and determine resource needs effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
