We’re actively seeking a talented Operational Support Analyst to join our Pacific Life Investments team in Newport Beach, CA.

This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.
As an Operational Support Analyst, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by taking responsibility of the ongoing collection and process management for performance data relating to Pacific Life investment activity. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 4 people in the Pacific Life Investments Corporate division. Your colleagues will include fellow real estate and investment professionals.
How you’ll help move us forward:

Administration, collection and upload of financial performance data relating to Pacific Life Investment activity.

Input and preparation of financial statement data into servicing system application with attention to format, line item and chart of account detail and resulting outputs.

Compilation of reporting packages for review and analysis by Portfolio Managers in connection with quarterly asset quality review.

Perform any other job-related duties, as assigned.
The experience you bring:
-
Undergraduate degree (four-year) in business, finance, or accounting. Related industry experience preferred.

Proficient use of Excel and other PC applications with excellent technical skills.

Strong logical and analytical skills with ability to research, identify issues, and problem-solve.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
What makes you stand out:

Two years of related industry experience; accounting, loan servicing, real estate, finance, asset/property management, and/or data management functions.

Prior working experience with technologies such as SpaceQuant, Midland/PNC Enterprise!, Box.com, OpenText ECM, or similar.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$35.18 - $43.00
