Salsify ANZ works with many of Australia's biggest brands and retailers, we are the leader in what we do.  We are now recruiting for an energetic and self-motivated individual to help us further grow our business and client base in the ANZ region.

About the role

We are seeking a strong, proactive programme manager to join our Platform Operations team. This is a critical role that will ensure that our large SaaS clients are supported through project implementations from initial scoping, through implementation and on to handover to our Client Success team.

You will be successful in this role if you have a passion for delivering projects successfully for clients, you are good at keeping teams (internal and external) on track to deliver projects to scope and on time, and you understand the importance of strong  and regular communication to ensure clarity and alignment is maintained throughout each programme of work.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Working with both internal and external stakeholders to accurately and efficiently scope out project requirements       
  • Establishing a relationship with the customer through regular WIP meetings and status updates      
  • Developing governance management policies and standards to adhere to in the execution of a project 
  • Managing processes and resources across the project lifecycle
  • Managing dependencies and project integration
  • Preparing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and project outputs
  • Managing and leading project teams, users, customers and other supporting roles to deliver on time, to the scope, requirements, cost and quality
  • Monitoring and controlling each phase and step of the project
  • implementation per the approved project plan, and ensure project objectives align with requirements
  • Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
  • Managing multiple implementation and custom development projects across the business
  •  Ensuring clients are at the centre of each project: from initial scoping through implementation and successfully passed to the Client Success team to handle the ongoing relationship
  • Ensuring our PXM Implementation Partners are set up for success and have a consistent and responsive point of contact in the local Salsify ANZ timezone
