As a Platform PM, you'll be responsible for:
- Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the platform, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Increase the throughput of order processing while minimizing costs, and increase the speed to create and update applications while meeting or exceeding today’s accuracy standards.
- Prioritize AI capabilities ensuring workflow management, processing efficiency, and order performance management.
- Leverage analytics and feedback from the operations teams to optimize speed, efficiency, and accuracy when processing orders by providing ongoing support. (Fulfillment, Customer Service, etc)
- Stakeholder Management & Cross-Team Collaboration: lead communication with engineering, business, and leadership teams
- Train our teams as we launch new admin products and tools.
- Coach, lead, and assign well-defined tasks and projects to junior PMs, ensuring they have autonomy while maintaining alignment with platform goals.
What will make us choose you?
- +5 years in an operational or project management role supporting multiple teams and projects.
- Familiarity and experience with backend admin tools, and managing complex datasets with multiple dependencies.
- Ability to clearly identify areas of improvement and document them.
- A problem-solving attitude with a strong focus on stakeholders.
- Ability to express yourself effectively while communicating with teams from around the organization
- User-driven mindset while driving company objectives.
- Experience leading and coaching junior PMs.
