As Platform Operations Intern you will have an opportunity to dig deeper into the complex world of mobile services, by learning how we connect our platform with operators and clients, how Infobip infrastructure works from setting it up, customizing it and monitoring quality and profitability.
You will start at the beginning learning how the business works, what is needed for our service to be running and how all is achieved. Then you will deep dive into technical expertise learning how we monitor transactions and system, how we ensure technical solutions cover regulatory demands and restrictions and how we combine expertise of multiple teams to establish interconnectivity of clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will solve challenges for our clients (by designing and implement business and technical solutions)
- Industry experts with years of domain knowledge will be there to help you learn and grow
- You will learn about business processes and how cross-departmental cooperation is built
- You will learn about Infobip’s communication platform and advanced technical platform settings
- You will learn about technical and business side of products and services
- You will work with big amount of data to make decisions
- You will learn about cooperation with telco partners worldwide
- You will be working with various tools (internal and external)
More about you:
- Currently pursuing a master's degree at a technical or business faculty
- You aim to be an engineer who understands both technical and business sides of IT solutions
- You are proficient in English
- Able to work in Zagreb or Vodnjan, 40 hours per week
- You have a wide range of IT interests (e.g. knowledge of querying languages, programming logic and computer networks)
- You know that being supportive is a mindset; it’s in your true nature to be equally supportive to both your clients and your colleagues
- You are not afraid to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve technical problems
- You are available to start work on July 7th, 2025.
- You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
Internship timeline:
- CV screening & 1st interview (during April & May)
- Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
- Final interviews and selection process feedback (June)
- Start of the internship program (1 week orientation in Zagreb Infobip campus) - July 7th
- End of the Internship program (January)
