1.       Proven experience leading platform architecture, design, and implementation.

2.       Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

3.       Proficiency in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

4.       Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically Keycloak and OAuth 2.0 protocols.

5.       Strong background in J2EE, Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Batch, Security).

6.       Knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

7.       Advanced understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

8.       Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation, including OAuth 2.0 for secure access.

9.       Proficiency in security best practices and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

10.   Experience with performance optimization and scalability for enterprise applications.

11.   Strong competencies in OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

12.   Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills.

13.   Ability to define platform governance, standards, and best practices.

14.   Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional development teams.

15.   Ability to drive platform strategy and align with business objectives.
