Summary: The Planning Specialist will work closely with the Production and Manufacturing teams scheduling cleanroom production orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Single Use Cleanroom jobs
- Releasing Single Use Cleanroom Jobs
- Managing capacity constraints
- Working with procurement to reschedule jobs when materials are delayed
- Reaching out to vendors to ensure on time arrival of needed materials
- Keep information accessible using strong organization skills.
- Communicating with inside sales on lead times, job status, etc.
- Update product knowledge by participating in channel partner educational opportunities.
- Accomplish team and organization goals by completing various requests as needed.
Desired Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven Production Planning experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Work Environment:
- Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment and throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate
