This individual is responsible for providing support to the Maintenance Department at the Donaldsonville site.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Superintendents, and Maintenance Supervisors on various tasks as needed.
  • Maintain SMPs, lubrication data, office/operating supplies, and call-out lists as necessary.
  • Maintain CF Intranet Maintenance page on a routine basis.
  • Oversee the contract clerical responsibilities including timekeeping, activity updates, headcounts and facilitating deadlines.
  • Maintain Contact Lists for each Nested Contractor.
  • Maintain list of contractors requiring PCs & Network Access. Work with IT to keep their credentials current.
  • Maintain contractor billable rate averages in the maintenance CMMS system.
  • Assist in the MOC process as necessary to support the Maintenance Department.
  • Perform audits of contract rosters.
  • Create and distribute meeting reports.
  • Support the maintenance groups clerical efforts when needed during absentee opportunities.
  • Lead or participate in special assignments to improve departmental efforts.
  • Support the Donaldsonville facility as necessary to help accomplish site goals.

Internal Controls:

Understands and complies with established departmental processes and procedures designed to support internal controls efforts.  Identifies and brings to the attention of department management internal controls deficiencies.

Successful incumbents will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Five or more years of experience working within a manufacturing facility or engineering consulting firm is preferred.
  • Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Teams, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
  • The ability to produce documents that are well organized and edited with little to no grammatical errors.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems such as SharePoint and FrontPage.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with personnel of all backgrounds.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed, especially during turnarounds and unplanned outages.
  • Must be willing to travel on occasion for purposes such as training.
  • Demonstrate managerial ability to develop control and organizational systems.
  • Must be able to acquire Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC)
  • The ability to prove drug and alcohol free at random or for cause.
