About the role:
As a
Planning & Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our systems meet the needs of our business and support our growth objectives. 

As a Planning & Insights Analyst you will:  

  • Lead the development, preparation, and presentation of both short- and long-range sales bookings and forecasts  
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive forecast and planning cadence in conjunction with monthly and quarterly outlooks and annual planning cycles   
  • Closely collaborate with Finance to understand key sales metrics and bookings trend to understand its implication on revenue   
  • Construct tools to deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, customer conversion, customer retention, LTV and SaaS level and metrics which will drive revenue   
  • Forge close relationships with business leaders and departmental heads to become a trusted advisor who highlights risks, spots opportunities, builds simulations and sensitivity analyses   
  • Create presentations and sporadically present analysis and insights to senior leadership  
  • Ensure data integrity through regular data audits, duplication, and data cleansing. 
  • Develop and maintain workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline business processes. 
  • Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications. 
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes for sales, marketing and customer success to maximize revenue generation 
  • Head special projects aimed at improving revenue operations and enhancing customer experience. 

 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a Revenue Operations role. 
  • Excellent MS Excel skills required 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
