For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Pitch Coordinator role.
About the Team: Join our global team who work alongside our Global Business Development and Marketing (BDM) teams to prepare high-quality pitch documents. Collaborating with stakeholders in London, the Middle East, and Europe, our team covers a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth delivery of our pitch documents to our external clients.
You will be responsible for:

Creating and tailoring first draft pitch documents and working with the BDM teams (and at times lawyers) throughout the pitch process.

Ensuring pitch documents are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards with excellent written language and brand compliance.

Collaborating with various teams across our network to gather pitch related content.

Recording and updating the pitch progress in our internal database.

Creating designed elements to include in our pitch documents.
Apply if you:

Have experience in the pitching process/pitch production and an understanding of a marketing organization.

Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Law or Marketing degree is beneficial.

Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English (mandatory C1/C2 level).

Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint. Experience in Salesforce and the Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.

Have experience working to tight deadlines and possess strong multitasking, project management, and research skills.

Show initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Have a commitment to continuous learning and development.
