About You
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and perfecting visual content that tells our brand's story across all platforms. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing team to refine raw images into polished, publication-ready visuals that align with our aesthetic vision. Your blend of technical proficiency and positive attitude, combined with your dedication to meeting targets and timelines in our energetic, high-group environment, will be key to your achievement in this position.
What You Will Do
- Transform raw photographs into compelling visual stories through expert post-production techniques
- Collaborate closely with photographers and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency, understand creative vision and execute it through meticulous editing
- Perfect each image through expert retouching, ensuring exceptional quality, accurate color representation, and brand alignment across all visual assets
- Maintain remarkable quality standards while efficiently processing high-volume image batches
- Craft and optimize imagery for maximum impact across multiple platforms including digital media, print publications, and advertising campaigns
- Archive and manage the digital asset library for efficient retrieval and organization
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques in high-end jewelry photography
- Manage digital asset organization and workflow optimization for efficient content delivery
What You Will Bring
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, etc.)
- You have advanced knowledge of color correction, retouching techniques, and digital asset management
- You are highly skilled in photo manipulation and can lead the post-production team's quality and output
- You are highly organized and able to manage several projects at once
- You thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or editorial photography is a plus
Pay Transparency
The targeted base compensation range is $75,000-90,000 plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
