About The RoleOur Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As an Expeditor, you will assist with distribution of items, sorting, prepping and steaming within the photo department. What You Get To Do Every Day

Transport “photo ready” product from the authentication department to the photography studio

Organize, scan, and maintain order of all product in the photo queue

Steam and prep photo ready product for photographers

Perform end of day floor scans and weekly audits of the queue
** This role is performed in a darkened space with frequent flashing lights of varying frequency and intensity and requires the use of multiple screens (camera, laptop, monitors, etc.) and may be triggering for photosensitive or epileptic persons. Additional information available on request.
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:

Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment

Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, dressing mannequins, etc.)

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time

Ability to read and write in English
Preferred Requirements:

6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment

Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite

The expected hourly rate for this role is 16-16.5. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
