POSITION PURPOSE

  • The CE Administrative Assistant is a project-based role to support cross functional activities and initiatives of Commercial Excellence, Finance and Human Resources.
  • This position involves a blend of administrative duties and coordination of activities to ensure seamless execution of CE, Finance and HR clerical requirements.

Job Description

OCE Data Management:

  1. Maintain accurate records of HCP and HCO, engagements, and other details in OCE and Salesforce.
  2. Extract, clean, and analyze raw data from Salesforce to generate insights.
  3. Upload and update OCE target based on prescribed timelines.
  4. Assist end users on OCE data queries and concerns and resolve issues raised.

Finance Support

  1. Monitor payables, update and accurate maintenance of payment vouchers monitoring file, including reconciliation of records to actual documents.
  2. Preparation of various finance documents for e-signature or routing for wet signature
  3. Printing and compiling of BIR related documents.
  4. Other ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Finance Manager

Human Resource Support:

  1. Provide support for on-site HR-related activities and processes to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Coordinate with the central HR team and Finance to assist in payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
  3. Address government and statutory-related requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and compliant responses.
  4. Support ad-hoc HR requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills, process driven and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
