Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Scrum is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Build Management is recommended. Design & Build Enablement and Configuration & Release Management skills are suggested at an advanced proficiency level.
Lead daily stand-up meetings to ensure project progress
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team
