Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely submissions of remittances, pay slips, and reports.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure all necessary changes (new hires, terminations, raises) are accurately reflected in payroll.

- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and we also accept candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Philippines payroll processing.
- Strong attention to detail and a numbers-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
