What will you do?
- Work in tandem with Claims Handlers to review and assist in the pet claims handling process (analyse customer-submitted documents from vets and validate them based on the pet's health condition and applicable insurance terms and conditions).
- Contribute to the daily tasks related to pet claims handling (administrative duties, communication with the Sales team, Product Unit, etc.).
What do we expect from you?
- At least one year of study in a veterinary medicine or medicine related field.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Proficiency in Latvian.
