What are you going to do?
- As a System support engineer, you will support business key users by handling production incidents and support requests
- You will be responsible for handling errors in messaging services and batch job failures
- You will be troubleshooting application errors, documenting problems and resolutions
- You will participate in Incident and Problem management processes
- You will support, coach, and guide team members in your areas of expertise
What do we expect from you?
Must have:
- Analytical skills to research and correlate information from disparate sources to formulate findings and root cause of reported issues
- Knowledge of C# and code debugging
- Good knowledge of MS SQL
- Willingness to work with system users and solving production issues. Your friends most probably would characterize you as an excellent communicator (also in English to work with end users and colleagues from Nordic countries), pro-active person with initiative
Nice to have:
- Understanding of asynchronous communication using messages
- Understanding of batch job process fundamentals
- Experience with ITIL service operation processes
- Experience in application support
Tech stack you’ll be working with:
MS SQL, MS Message Queuing, C#, .NET framework, Service Now, Splunk, PRTG.
