You will:

  • Manage military records;
  • Maintain personnel documentation and administration;
  • Complete documentation for hiring, transferring, and dismissing employees;
  • Report new hires via M.E.Doc;
  • Draft orders related to personnel and core business activities;
  • Familiarize employees with orders (online signing);
  • Prepare orders for business trips and bonuses;
  • Create and maintain personal files and P-2 cards, with regular updates;
  • Manage labor books and make relevant entries;
  • Prepare various certificates and documents;
  • Draft job descriptions;
  • Prepare and maintain work time sheets in 1C: ZUP;
  • Draft and update the staffing schedule;
  • Work with vacation schedules – create, monitor requests, and draft orders;
  • Prepare NDAs, employment contracts, and additional agreements;
  • Work with civil contracts for interns (Acts and Additional Agreements)
  • Draft contracts for the free use of a property (laptops, charging stations, etc.);
  • Maintain a registry of documents and order logs;
  • Process sick leave certificates.
