About the Role:

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in aligning executive efforts with Company’s strategic goals, ensuring the organization’s vision translates into transformative actions and collaborations.
Mission:
Empower Company’s leadership by providing strategic, high-impact support to the CEO. This role ensures seamless execution of executive priorities, allowing the Company to drive innovation, digital transformation, and secure interbanking solutions for Greece financial ecosystem.
Reports to: CEO
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support & Business Intelligence:
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and prepare briefings, agendas, and critical materials for high-level engagements.
- Provide concise political, economic, and regulatory briefings relevant to the Company’s operations.
- Stay informed about Greek and European political developments, with a strong understanding of their impact on the Company.
- Monitor key financial journalism sources (e.g., Reuters, Bloomberg, FT) and summarize critical insights.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Oversee strategic initiatives, track deliverables, and manage timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, regulatory authorities, fintech partners, and key political stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough background research on executives, politicians, and regulators prior to meetings.
Strategic Travel Management:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring premium, well-located accommodations and efficient, well-thought-out flight itineraries that optimize the CEO’s time and comfort.
- Handle VIP arrangements, last-minute changes, and contingency planning for travel disruptions.
- Maintain a preferred hotels and airlines list aligned with the CEO’s standards and business needs.
Confidentiality & Judgment:
- Ensure secure management of sensitive information, maintaining and organizing essential documentation with discretion.
- Anticipate business and reputational risks, exercising high-level discretion in handling sensitive industry and political interactions.
Crisis Management. Rapid Decision-Making Support:
- Quickly assess urgent matters and flag critical decisions for the CEO.
- Maintain composure and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure situations.
Tech & Data Fluency:
- Familiarity with payment systems, fintech innovations, and banking trends to align with Company’s strategic direction.
- Comfort using analytical tools, dashboards, and AI-driven productivity enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally in financial services, fintech, or tech-driven environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, or a related field.
- Tech Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and familiarity with fintech platforms and digital collaboration tools.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal skills in both Greek and English.
- Organizational Mastery: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism.
- Agility: Adaptability to dynamic priorities and fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Business Insight: Understanding of interbank processes, fintech innovations, corporate finance strategies, and political and regulatory landscapes.
