Job Description

• Support in design and implement performance testing strategies and solutions.
• Work with Development teams to develop and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts as part of the adoption process
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.
• Continuously enhance performance testing approaches and methodologies.
• Prepare and present performance test reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry in a similar position.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
• Experience with Java, .NET, Python, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Experience in optimizing application performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• University/college degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• English min B2.
