We are now looking for a Performance Reporting Section Manager to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Norway, Denmark, Sweden).

Overall objective:
-Lead the Performance Coordinators
-Support dealers, countries and internal teams with Sales & After Sales performance analysis and tasks

Main tasks & responsibilities:
-Supervise & support with all Performance reporting files
-Supervise & support Dealer score cards
-Performance Bonus Sales & After Sales
-PPM tool
-Landing files
-Monthly closure files
-FollowUp Credit limits
-Reporting NAE
-Supervise manual invoice requests (IRF), PO, etc.
-Dealer incentives follow-ups
-PRISM
-FollowUp demo& courtesy cars
-Tableau
-Travel to the extent necessary to perform the position duties

Experience:
-Minimum 3 years professional experience
-Experience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous
-Experience in sales, marketing, reporting, business administration and / or assistant work

-Higher education at Bachelors’ level + within business or equivalent experience

-Fluent in English, other Nordic languages are considered as an advantage

Skills:
-Microsoft Office tools and overall good PC skills
-Business Planning and analysis abilities
-Advanced Excel-skills, Access- & database- skills

-Analytic and problem solving skills
-Ready to work in KPIs driven environment
-Able to work under pressure and deliver tight deadlines
-Communication and team leadership
