A Fintech Client is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on driving growth through data-driven paid media strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels to achieve marketing goals.
- Implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with creative and content teams to create compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform performance marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on paid media and analytics.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
