FloQast is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be a key contributor to the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, launching, optimizing, and reporting on B2B paid media programs across our various Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display channels. This candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue objectives through paid media programs and will work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and help develop the B2B paid media strategy for always-on and program-focused marketing campaigns
  • Optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns through rigorous testing, maximizing channels, ad campaigns, and ad types that drive the best results
  • Oversee and manage media campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and B2B 3rd party media vendors (ROS Display, E-Blasts, Newsletters, Content Syndication, Podcast media buys, etc.).
  • Ensure media campaigns are optimized not just for lead acquisition but also for profitability based on internal performance data insights
  • Manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns including keyword research, campaign setup, ad copywriting & editing, bid & budget management, and performance analysis
  • Meet regularly with Ad Manager reps and source, negotiate, and meet regularly with 3rd party media vendors
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to scale our presence
  • Maintain focus on promoting existing core products that drive Sales Qualified Opportunities and Pipeline, while also building awareness for any new products / GTMs
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and audience behavior. Apply findings to enhance media strategies, improve campaign outcomes, and ensure alignment with profitability goals
  • Create automated reports in tools like Google Sheets and Google Slides for always-on & one-off campaign initiatives (channel reports, ad creative reports, individual campaign reports, etc.). These reports will need to pull automated, real-time front-end metrics from our various Ads Managers & back-end metrics from Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Continuously optimize ad performance based on key metrics, A/B testing results, and internal profitability data
  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics related to paid media & 3rd party media website traffic lead generation, and overall ROI. Use this internal data to inform and refine future paid media & media buying strategies and investment decisions
  • Partner with the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager to prepare & present bi-weekly and monthly business performance updates, identifying trends and recommendations for moving forward

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of B2B Paid Media marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and performance metrics
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Demonstrated success in utilizing internal data to inform investment decisions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with any other digital advertising platforms, such as YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, etc
  • Experience working with 3rd party media vendors for driving lead generation, influencing sales pipeline, and building brand awareness
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is preferred but not required
  • Affiliate marketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of the accounting industry is preferred but not required

The base pay for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
