About the role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving growth through paid media campaigns. In this exciting role, you’ll activate members with the right message at the right time and place, helping us grow our dynamic, rapidly expanding business. We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer with a talent for media planning, channel strategy, budget management, and campaign reporting.
You’ll lead user acquisition and retention efforts across key digital channels—Google Suite, Programmatic, and Social—with experience in additional channels being a plus. Working as part of our Growth Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, and Retail to create memorable experiences for our members and partners.
Your Focus
- Overseeing insight, planning and output across marketing platforms, defining and delivering best in-class approaches across Performance Media.
- Proven success scaling user acquisition and retention
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing large scale campaigns.
- Subject matter expert in one or more of the following channels; DV360, Search (Google, Bing), Programmatic, Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), Influencers, Apple Search Ads and Affiliates.
- Proficient with marketing analytics tools (GA4, MMP) and data visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, PowerBI).
- Passion for data and uncovering actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesise trends into opportunities.
- Comfortable and confident making decisions and recommendations.
About You
- Scale digital performance strategies to accelerate new member acquisition, retention and referral.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns from end-to-end across one or more of the following platforms Search, Programmatic, Social, Influencers, Affiliates, Publishers and App Store.
- Track, manage and optimise performance and large-scale investment to achieve key objectives include new member acquisition, monthly active users (MAU), cost-per-acquired customer (CAC) and cost per retained member (CRM).
- Develop prioritised channel roadmaps and conduct on-going experiments to deliver continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of digital marketing campaigns through in-depth analysis, reporting and presentations.
- Brief in-house creative teams to design high-quality creative, content and landing pages to support growth marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns, retail events and custom solutions for our merchant partners.
