We are looking for a committed and experienced Business & Marketing Manager, ROS to be based in our Singapore office. This position will report to the Head of business management, Radiation Oncology Solutions, Asia Pacific Japan and India (APJ). The role will cover the Asia Pacific Japan region.
Clinical marketing
- Builds the clinical marketing strategy for the APJ region to engage stakeholders beyond Radiation Therapy – to surgeons, medical oncologists, patients, and other key stakeholders.
- Leads initiatives around forming and organizing the regional Clinical advisory Board meetings and plays a key role in initiating the country clinical advisory boards along with country marketing teams.
- Develops projects and programs in partnership with region product marketing managers and country marketing teams for therapy advancement (3DCRT to IMRT/VMAT, SRS).
- Collaborate with the clinical research team to incorporate clinical evidence into marketing materials, ensuring the scientific accuracy and relevance of our product messaging.
- Develop educational programs for internal teams. Focus on building clinical marketing and selling competencies among product managers and sales teams, enhancing their ability to communicate product value effectively.
Strategic marketing
- Is the owner of key marketing processes such as strategic marketing plan-based program budgeting, region new product launch process, competitive insights and VOC gathering processes.
- Owns and drives the best-practice sharing platforms in APJ: Collaborates with global teams and other region marketing teams to learn from and adapt/ implement best practices within APJ.
- Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
- Supports region product marketing teams in developing regional strategic marketing plan including tactical execution plan.
- Lead key customer and stakeholder engagement programs along with stakeholder development team and execute region wide initiatives in place.
Commercialisation/ Business Development
- Direct responsibility for leading and managing the growth of the brachytherapy business in APJ. you will lead, manage and support the attainment of sales, customer satisfaction, customer retention and profit objectives and hold the responsibility for leading and managing sales account executives in the zones to drive the brachytherapy business. This will set the foundation of regional business management functions/ structure for other business lines.
Team supervision
- Lead and develop a small team of clinical marketing managers and commercialization managers
- Provide training, mentoring, and coaching, conducting performance reviews, participate in goal setting and goal attainment and have active development plans, for self and team.
- Develop training plans for team members to ensure they are trained and knowledgeable on the systems and products they are required to use to maintain a high degree of professional knowledge.
- Motivate and lead team members through a constantly changing environment.
Requirements:
- Masters degree or equivalent.
- Background or experience in fields related to radiation or other oncology areas strongly preferred. Technical background (Medical degree or oncology experience will be a strong advantage).
- At least 10 years of solid relevant working experience, preferably with a few years in regional or global context in healthcare MNCs
- Willing to travel.
- People leader: Proactive with good leadership and organizational, presentation skills.

- Knowledge, experience and understanding of working within the Asia Pacific markets.
