We are looking for a Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth for OneFootball TV on Web and its rich offer of OTT streaming products, including but not limited to pay-per-view matches and team/league season passes from some of the world’s biggest football broadcasters such as Sky Sports, DAZN, Globo, and more.
Our website is fundamental for our cross-platform device and customer management strategy, from the small (mobile) to the big (TV) screen. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing full-funnel performance marketing campaigns, from new user acquisition to constant on- and off-platform remarketing and conversion — for maximum cost efficiency, continuous innovation, and measurable impact.
Your Role:
- You’ll run SEA and SEO initiatives to drive traffic and conversions for OneFootball TV on Web
- You’ll manage SEA campaigns from end to end in different channels (from creation and audit to optimization and A/B testing)
- You’ll decide on budget allocations to achieve maximum efficiency in line with our KPI goals
- You’ll keep track of and analyse KPIs, as well as maintain stakeholders informed
- You’ll ensure proper tracking and consent are in place and up to date
- You’ll work closely with our Data & Insights and Web Engineering Team to implement SEO and SEA improvements
- You’ll run initiatives to convert more web users into payers, outside of paid campaigns
Your Profile:
- You have 3+ years of experience in SEA, preferably within e-commerce or events
- You have a strong understanding of SEO and its performance metrics, knowing how to analyze, report and optimise based on data
- You are comfortable with tracking tools and different channels (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads), as well as Excel
- You speak English and German, both fluently
- You are a self-starter and are able to implement ideas from concept to execution
- You are a good communicator, team player and organized
- You have a degree in marketing, communication, business or similar fields
Nice to have:
- Passion for football is definitely a plus
- Familiarity with the OTT landscape and monetization models is a plus
