We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead the strategic development and optimization of creative effectiveness through personalization.  Priority areas to drive optimization will be across Innovation, Digital Commerce and Social. This role will focus on leveraging data signals (inclusive of 1P), dynamic creative/audience optimization and AI to deliver tailored consumer experiences at scale. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a passion for consumer insights, breakthrough creative best practices, and the skills to inspire cross-functional teams toward achieving measurable business outcomes to improve ROI & Equity.

Creative Effectiveness and Personalization

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance creative performance by personalizing content based on audience insights, behaviors, and data signals (ie. Seasonal incidence, 1P/Retailer Clean Rooms).

• Implement and manage advanced marketing technologies, such as AI and DCO, to optimize creative assets in real time for diverse audience segments.

• Drive the application of consumer insights into actionable creative ideas that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable impact.

Marketing Technology Integration

• Evaluate and implement emerging tools and platforms to advance content creation with tech, personalization, and campaign optimization.

• Collaborate with Global Marketing and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of martech solutions into existing systems.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to maintain competitive advantage in performance marketing.

Stakeholder and Change Management

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with enterprise stakeholders, including brand, consumer insights, content, consumer experience, analytics and media teams, to align on strategic objectives and deliver cohesive campaigns.

• Champion change management efforts by effectively communicating vision, benefits, and implementation plans to key stakeholders to unlock value at pace.

• Establish and manage governance frameworks to ensure consistency and accountability across teams.

Team Leadership and Development

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to execute on personalization and creative optimization goals.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

• Set clear goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.

Performance Measurement and Optimization

• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of creative strategies and campaigns to deliver improved ROI, brand equity and innovation launches.

Why you?Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital commerce or media management, preferably within CPG industry

  • Experienced people leader with track record of growing and developing individuals

  • Demonstrated experience and proven performance building capabilities to unlock brand growth

  • Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage and interpret complex data to make informed decisions

  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, balancing strategic vision with execution

  • Strong knowledge of media platforms, including their commerce tools

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Understanding of omnichannel retail and how to integrate performance marketing within retailer media networks

  • Experience with marketing technology solutions and processes to accelerate agility and measurement (AI/Gen AI, DAM Integration)

  • Prior Media / Creative Agency experience

The salary range for this role is: $172,623 - $237,357 USD + bonus
