Required Skill :
Over 8+ years of performance testing experience Ability to ramp-up fast Good understanding of performance test processes and implementations Worked on Non Functional Requirement Gathering (Productions statistics, growth model, infrastructure requirements etc.) Worked on proposals, solutions and project estimation Expertise in end to end Performance Test cycle (Strategy, scripting, workload distribution, execution, Analysis , result reporting & recommendations) Excellent in Performance Analysis & providing recommendation Expert in any one performance testing tools such as K6/Loadrunner / Neoload / Webload /Jmeter , preferably K6 with JavaScripting Good hands on experience on performance monitoring tools Good understanding on Parameters monitored - Web, App and Database servers Interpretations of parameters captured and bottleneck analysis Recommendations and involvement with other stakeholders in resolving the bottlenecks Quality Planning and Team management Bring in shift left paradigm to performance testing & execution through CI/CD
Soft skills
Good Customer facing experience Open to accept challenges Good communication skills Strong and quick trouble shooting skills Should be able to guide team technically Must be a self-starter and able to perform with minimal manager supervision Strong interpersonal skills and a fair team player
Desired skills
Basic database knowledge Exposure to Micro service-oriented architecture and cloud platforms Expertise in retail/ecommerce based application would be highly beneficial. Tuning experiences will be an added advantage Added advantage if worked on TCoE methodology.
