We are looking for a People Tech & Business Operations Partner to play a key role in optimizing HR technology and driving operational efficiency. This role is part of the OD & Culture team and reports to the OD & Culture Director, with a dotted-line report to the HR Operations Director, ensuring that people systems, culture, and business operations work seamlessly together.
The role is 50% HR Tech & HRIS and 50% Business Operations & Integration, acting as a connector between teams, ensuring smooth execution of processes and enabling operational improvements across people and business functions. As part of this, the role will also provide operational support and coordination for Lusha's management team and CEO.
What You'll Do:
HR Tech & HRIS (50%)

  • Own and optimize HRIS, ATS, and other people tech tools, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Legal and Procurement to streamline and automate HR processes.
  • Analyze people data & reporting to support talent and business decisions.
  • Research and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency and the employee experience, including AI tools.
  • Train and support HR teams and managers in leveraging people systems effectively.


Business Operations & Integration (50%)

  • Act as a cross-functional integrator, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and aligning processes with business needs.
  • Support the execution of key business and people initiatives, driving operational improvements.
  • Improve internal processes and workflows, implementing tools to optimize collaboration.
  • Provide operational support and coordination for Lusha's Management team and CEO, ensuring smooth execution of strategic and operational priorities.


Requirements
Here's what we need from you:
✔ Experience in HR Tech, HRIS, or People Operations, with hands-on experience managing people systems.
✔ Background in Business Operations, Project Management, or Process Optimization.
✔ Strong analytical mindset-comfortable with data insights, reporting, and process optimization.
✔ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
✔ Knowledge of Product Management principles and how they apply to operations and process improvements - an advantage.
✔ Ability to connect culture, technology, and operations, ensuring all elements work together effectively.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management-able to work across functions and drive collaboration.
✔ Experience with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Comeet, Leapsome, etc.).
