Who We Are Looking For: People Team Intern
Clearlink is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic People Team Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. As a People Team Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to special projects, support day-to-day HR activities, and collaborate with HR professionals to ensure effective human capital management within our organization. This internship will run for up to 12 weeks and may be reviewed based on business need at any time.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, conduct candidate tours, and engage in sourcing efforts to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Maintain employee records, provide administrative support for disciplinary actions and grievances, and help organize employee engagement activities.
- HR Administration: Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures, handle general HR inquiries, and maintain HR documentation within the HRIS system.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure HR compliance with laws and regulations, support HR reporting and analytics initiatives, and conduct research on HR best practices.
What You Bring:
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to work in our World Class HeadQuarters located in Draper, UT Monday - Thursday.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
