Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and Sky guidelines 

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations 

  • Organize the programs that involve occupation health and all related matters 

  • Maintain HR systems and technologies necessary to support HR operations 

  • Manage and improve benefits program and platform 

  • Maintain knowledge of HR and employment law 

  • Advise on HR-related topics and providing the needed support and resolution to the teams and colleagues 

  • Support the payroll and the administrative processes  

 

Your Skills and Experience: 

  • +6 years of professional experience 

  • Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Specialist 

  • Experience with MS Office 

  • Previous experience working in an international environment  

  • Can-do and solution-oriented attitude 

  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities accordingly to the business needs 

  • Ready to collaborate with the stakeholders regardless different seniority levels  

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills 

  • Flexible, creative, collaborative and innovative approach 

  • Empathetic team player 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Knowledge of HR workforce solutions (Workday is a plus)
