Our People Team is at the heart and soul of our culture. Spanning from Employee Experience and Recruiting to Benefits and Compensation, we cover it all. As a People Team intern, you’ll spend your internship solving real-world problems through projects essential to Silicon Labs, guided by superstar mentors who have a vested interest in your success. 

Responsibilities   

Our People Team works across a range of area’s, some of your responsibilities may include: 

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team events and wellness programs
  • Provide assistance in the adminstraiton of employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices, and present findings to the HR team
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent management, employee development, and organizational culture

Skills You Will Need  

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Currently enrolled in a degree focusing on Human Resources, Business Management, or Communications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

The following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Student member of SHRM
  • Experience and/or knowledge of HRIS programs like Workday

The hourly base pay range for this role is expected to be between $25 - $28 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set.
