We are looking for a dynamic People Operations Generalist to join the People + Talent team here at Sourcescrub. This is a critical role that supports our people and processes across our global organization. Our new People Operations Generalist will have great exposure to various parts of the People + Talent function and the ability to grow in more ownership and responsibility. This role reports directly into our VP People + Talent. Ideally you are in or near San Francisco (where we’re HQ’d) but this role can be remote as long as you can travel to HQ occasionally.

About you
You have a couple of years working in an HR capacity, ideally in a growing organization and are ready to take on a bigger role with more responsibility. You are detail-oriented and deadline-driven and take pride in ensuring nothing gets dropped. You also know how to move with empathy and become a trusted resource for your peers. Culture and values are also very important to you, and you naturally become a steward of them at any company you join.
As our People Operations Generalist, you will
- Be our point of contact with our PEO, ADP on all people and process matters
- Run payroll for our US and UK teams efficiently and without error
- Prepare and send employment documents like offer letters, contracts, etc.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze the results making suggestions on how to increase them
- Maintain and proactively update various company reporting related to the People + Talent department
- Create a strong new hire onboarding experience as part of the overall employee journey
- Partner with our VP People + Talent on various company initiatives
- Become a champion of our culture both internally and externally
To be successful you should have
- 3+ years in a role where People Operations was a major part of your responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and a commitment to achieving performance both individually and as a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills both in-person, on the phone and over email
- Ability to shift priorities, demonstrate flexibility, coordinate multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
