Role overview
We are seeking a highly organized and passionate People Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This position is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to kick-start their career in talent acquisition and human resources. As the first point of contact for candidates, your role will be pivotal in orchestrating a smooth and welcoming recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
What you'll do
- Coordinate interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers, including the arrangement of virtual and onsite interviews.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally, with potential candidates.
- Facilitate interview-related travel logistics, providing candidates with a positive experience that aligns with our brand's values.
- Process offer requests with attention to detail and timeliness, contributing to an efficient hiring cycle.
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure information is up-to-date and compliant for all candidates.
- Engage in recruitment activities beyond scheduling, such as career fairs, university relations, and networking events, to build a strong employer brand presence.
- Assist in the onboarding process, working alongside the HR team to welcome new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support by preparing interview materials, compiling HR metrics, managing personnel records, and assisting with the coordination of People Operations activities.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in human resources and talent acquisition, with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Proficient with Google Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently when necessary.
